su root 提示输入root密码， 但刚进入还没设置root密码啊

在Linux Deploy下的Ubuntu不能这样改lixm的口令的。
你应该在安装Linux Deploy是设置好lixm的口令。

如果事后想更改口令，也得在Linux Deploy里改：
界面上点击右下角的箭头里改口令，再点击右上角里的“安装”，让其生效。放心，这个“安装”不会破坏已有的东东，而只是更新系统配置而已。

看出错信息， aiohttp_cors的版本要求是0.6.0，可在homeassistant用户环境下指定版本装一下：

pip3 install --trusted-host mirrors.ustc.edu.cn aiohttp_cors==0.6.0
