问题解决了，不是共性问题，是我自己没设置好
原来是我使用的文件大小传感器，配置了 根目录位置，导致了从hassio 到homeassistant 的迁移过程中，  
应该把
homeassistant：
  whitelist_external_dirs:
    - /config


换成
homeassistant：
  whitelist_external_dirs:

    - /home/homeassistant/

0.94.1,我的packages生效

我新装的94.1 configurition.yaml文件里居然都没有homeassistant： 上来就是default config

可以注释掉default config 然后自己配置

default_config 默认就启用了packages，虽然从配置中看不出来

慢慢还是会弱化yaml的，打算都是前端UI编辑配置、、

homeassistant:

明明默认里已经有 automation 和 scirpt了  居然配置文件里还要 include  好奇怪的官方~~
