单开个帖子实在是没必要，简单说下吧：
假定你的hass的docker name叫 homeassistant

1. 更新docker镜像
docker pull homeassistant/home-assistant

2. 停止之前的docker
docker stop homeassistant

3. 删除之前的docker
docker rm homeassistant

4. 重新部署
docker run -d \
--name homeassistant \
--restart always \
-v (挂载到宿主机的config路径):/config \
-v /etc/localtime:/etc/localtime:ro \
--net=host \
homeassistant/home-assistant

原则上，把#4的命令备份下来，以后每次升级都这么弄就完了

docker 升级也可以更简单图形化操作的，就是镜像太大，下载速度太慢，经常下着下着就没有了
Remark: to update your Home Assistant on your Docker within Synology NAS, you just have to do the following:

Go to the Docker-app and move to “Image”-section
Download the “homeassistant/home-assistant” image - don’t care, that it is already there
wait until the system-message/-notification comes up, that the download is finished (there is no progress bar)
Move to “Container”-section
Stop your container if it’s running
Right-click on it and select “Action”->”Clear”. You won’t loose any data, as all files are stored in your config-directory
Start the container again - it will then boot up with the new Home Assistant image

我想我用的就是图形化的管理界面。
但我并不觉得升级很容易，每次要删除原镜像，然后选择安装新镜像……
看楼上那位朋友介绍，命令行应该也是一样原理。

不要删除原镜像。按楼上的做法，1、在注册里下载新镜像； 2、然后就等待DSM提示已经下载完成（很久），表示镜像已经更新了。3、去容器那里停止“运行”，然后在操作中选择“清除”，最后再启动就行了。最主要的问题是镜像很难下下来，经常中间下载失败。
