看这意思是要限制自定义插件了么。。。。。。

前边某个版本就说要改变插件的载入方式，改了一次影响太大回滚了，这次是每载入一个第三方插件log里都会增加一条提醒，告诉用户出问题后先禁用第三方插件，确定是ha的问题再去提issue。
这个问题跟上边的提醒没关系，是因为下边两个  commits

出差8天没来论坛逛逛，发生这么大变化都不知道啊
看样子今后第三方插件要受到官方的限制了吧

测试0.74后emulated_hue_charley插件再次无法使用，增加如下：
trusted_proxies=[],
ssl_peer_certificate=None,
依旧无法使用

从0.74.0b4开始emulated_hue不再单独创建自己的http服务。

已经测试 ，完全可用。并且不报错

测试了一下你提供的修改版 emulated_hue_charley 插件，在0.74下可正常使用。
但有个疑问，我去官网https://github.com/home-assistant/home-assistant/blob/fd38caa287b500da9e6efbd2e2034984356e99e6/homeassistant/components/emulated_hue/__init__.py查看了下。
其中针对：

这一部分，官方并没有将：server = None 啊？（然而自定义hue插件将此设置为None了）难道是官方的hue与此自定义hue插件之间存在冲突导致的？求点解，谢谢！！
