Passive BLE Monitor 无法扫描到蓝牙设备

安装“Passive BLE Monitor”集成后，点击“选项”显示的是下图

点击提交后，并不能扫描到任何蓝牙设备，请教各位大神，这个是什么情况？该怎么处理？下面是日志显示内容：
