安装好homeassistant后用hass启动到最后出示0.0.0.0:8123是怎么回事

端口已被占用，大概率是你已经启动了一个ha进程了。

另外，你这个怎么还提示最新版本是一年前的？？？

你的安装环境和安装方法都没说，但是有提示python版本太低，是早在2019年就不再支持的3.6！

如果技术基础欠缺，建议采用hassos安装方式，或者放弃ha，真心话。
这些错误提示都是很直接、很清晰的，但凡有点基础，应该都可以看出问题所在。楼主显然很欠缺，实话说，HA目前远不够成熟易用，还不适合没有IT/编程基础的人。
