在彩云天气的网址站申请免费开发者账号就可以了，确认信要求发送实名信息，估计要等待3~5天，我等了一周。

json可以读取到的，手动更新是可以，但用automation更新就时常会出现如此错误

这应该是，更新的时候删除文件重新下载。的一瞬间读不了文件报错。更新没必要太频繁，一般30分钟，或者15分钟。自动化区有范例。
