你这报错像是连不上小米服务器，请检查下HA是否能够访问小米服务器，可以在HA主机终端执行下面的命令测试：

curl -I https://api.io.mi.com/app/user/get_user_device_data

用的是创米的小白摄像头，chuangmi.camera.xiaobai，设置了use_motion_stream: true，sub_motion_stream: true，但是配置后提示错误：Error while executing request to https://api.io.mi.com/app/user/get_user_device_data :HTTPSConnectionPool(host='api.io.mi.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /app/user/get_user_device_data (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x7fe2ec8b8f40>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno -3] Try again'))
