擦，河南联通的问题还是怎了，屏蔽的够狠
一直安装不上docker gpg key

到最后这里出错了。。请问是什么问题？
前面有一段这个 0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.

你的Ubuntu 是怎么部署的，Ubuntu 是否部署在 LXC？
