说的很清楚，从raw.githubusercontent.com这个服务器获取文件出错。

扶墙是一个办法。或者度娘搜一下这个地址，会有很多文章告诉你怎么办，核心是修改hosts文件，关键是找到合适的ip地址。

比如：
进入 https://www.ipaddress.com/ ，查询其IP地址为：199.232.68.133，
然后设置 C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts 文件：
199.232.68.133  raw.githubusercontent.com

如果再搞不懂或搞不定，我也没辙了。
